Need another faucet mount filter that is not a PUR

This is now the second faucet mounted filter that has stripped out in less than a year. The first one made it 9 months before the adapter started to just blow off the faucet when we weren't even using the water filter. We didn't have the receipt so we bought another. This one made it 6 months then the change filter light stopped working. So we put the first one on since the adapter seemed to be doing just fine. Now the adapter is doing it again. I can't seem to find any replacement adapters, the kit only comes with one of each size/type. Not happy right now about this. No you would think I learned my lesson and kept the receipt, but I didn't.

AAARRRRGGGHHH! The... Why do Mac people think that having a Mac is the answer to any and all computer problems?! Heck in this case it wasn't even a computer problem it was me trying to remember the name of a FLIPPING Scrapbook kit! If they feel that all my problems would be fixed by getting a Mac why do I NOT! see them buying me one? Probably because they don't have the thousand bucks either! IF YOU'RE GOING TO TRY PUSHING A MAC ON ME THEN JUST GIVE ME ONE CAUSE I DON'T HAVE THE THOUSAND BUCKS FOR ONE! If I had the thousand bucks I wouldn't be living in an apartment and struggling to pay my medical bills. Or should I say wondering if I can afford to pay the co-pay to even go to the doctor. I'll probably die at home one day because I'll have decided that I don't have the $100 bucks for the stupid emergency room co-pay! and dying would be cheaper! So just stop saying that a Mac would fix everything! Because I don't have one you're saying, I stupid, inadequate, a moron, and my life is miserable because I chose to pay my rent instead of getting a Mac!
